Does sleep training mean I have to let my baby “cry it out”?

The short answer is… NO!

Teaching your child to fall asleep independently does not mean you have to close the door and wait until morning. The “cry it out” method is not the only method there is if that is what is holding you back.

Children learn to communicate by crying and fussing. They don’t know our language yet, so they tell us by using a universal one. Crying.

If you are a parent that can’t stand to hear your child cry, we can work with that! I am here to meet you EXACTLY where you are at. I am here to provide a proven plan, to assist you in setting clear boundaries, and empower you to get results.

If you have read all the techniques on the internet and can’t seem to get results, I can help. If you are ready to try but want some accountability, I can help. If you are prepared for some hard work for LONG TERM RESULTS, I can help.

Let’s chat on a no strings attached discovery call. Don’t be afraid to take the leap.

We can do this together. I am here for you.

xx Melanie
