Level 1: Two-Week Sleep Package

This is right for you if you are ready to make a lasting change in your nights and naps with a cheerleader in your corner the whole time!

How it works:

➜ Set your sleep goals with Melanie 

➜ Receive a comprehensive sleep plan via email with a call to go over the plan prior to night one

➜ Two weeks text support morning and evening to help facilitate the plan

➜ One year of limited email support for future setbacks (because illness)

➜ Investment: $600

Level 2: One-Week Sleep Package

This is right for you if you feel you need someone in your corner to get started but can continue the plan for the remaining time without text support

How it works:

➜ Set your sleep goals with Melanie 

➜ Receive a comprehensive sleep plan via email with a call to go over the plan prior to night one

➜ One week text support morning and evening to help facilitate the plan

➜ Investment: $400

Level 3: Three-Day Sleep Package

This is right for you if you just need a good solid plan and a head start on what to do but feel you can follow the plan yourself

How it works:

➜ Receive a comprehensive sleep plan via email with a call to go over the plan prior to night one

➜ Three days text support morning and evening to help facilitate the plan

➜ Investment: $300
